One tube is green tea fibers

Apply transplanting gel to lashes. 

Then quickly apply green tea fibers to end of lashes while lashes are still wet creating longer lashes.

Then move to opposite eye and repeat step 1 & 2.

When both upper & lower lids have been done then finish off with a coat of transplanting gel to seal in fibers.
